This is the official claims administration web site for the Exxon direct-serve dealer litigation against Exxon Corporation (Allapattah v. Exxon, Case No. 91-0986-CIV-GOLD). This site is provided by Special Master Thomas E. Scott, who has been appointed by the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida to administer the claims process in this case.
On this web site, Special Master Scott provides official notification of important events that have taken place or are scheduled to take place in this case. Members of the class will receive individual written notification of proceedings specifically related to their individual claim(s), but are responsible for checking this web site to receive notice of proceedings on broader issues that may have an impact on the resolution of their claims. Individual notice of these more general proceedings will not be mailed.
